The Secret Life of Information

This site is being developed as a community resource, to show people how the taxes and rates they pay, directly and indirectly, are stolen or wasted by a growing mob of incompetent and corrupt 'public servants', while beneficiaries who would be very grateful for a job are called bludgers.

It operates as a gateway to other sites, and is a work in progess.

I am currently engaged in legal proceedings, and have been since 1996, as a result of a politically motivated campaign of malicious and unfounded prosecutions with no supporting evidence, brought against me by corrupt police and 'public servants', and I never cease to be amazed at what I discover about how our society really operates, and how our taxes and rates are really spent.

My interest in politics and corruption was awakened in about 1980 when I got a job at MAF and was then told by some bitter and twisted woman at the Labour Department that I "wasnt eligible to apply for the job", because, she said, I'd been "lapsed for not reporting" and therefore couldn't have it. She spent all afternoon going on about how I had been told to report to the Labour Dept to see if there were any jobs on a certain date. I told her that I'd been in to the Labour Dept regularly to see if there were any jobs, and when I wasn't in there I was actively job seeking, by knocking on doors and inquiring if there were any vacancies, which was how I'd got the job at MAF. I tried to reason with her, pointing out that MAF had had the vacancy open for a year, during which the Labour Dept hadn't sent a single person to apply for it (the manager of MAF told me), I needed a job and MAF needed a staff member and were delighted to employ me, but the woman continued with her nasty, petty, vindictive, illogical, stupid nonsense until it was five o'clock then she told me to go away.

I couldn't believe that the Labour Department would go to such lengths to prevent someone from having a job that they had sought and obtained themselves, in order to pursue the personal vendetta of a single staff member. I was so naive.

Over the years I've come to realise the scale of this problem in New Zealand with incompetence and corruption, particularly in the state sector, and the degree to which the public is misinformed by the corporate news publications and broadcasts, in order to further advance the interests of incompetent and corrupt politicians, and their supporters.

As a result, I am committed to exposing incompetence and corruption, and replacing incompetent and corrupt community leaders with honest and enlightened ones. I don't go looking for incompetence or corruption to expose, or trouble of any kind for that matter, but have had incompetence and corruption imposed on me to the point where there is no alternative.

I have been the subject of a campaign of politically motivated bullying and harassment from members of the NZ Police, certain 'public servants' and others who are benefiting from having their snouts in the trough. This campaign has cost me everything, and continues to prevent me securing employment or accomodation. It has also resulted in a number of incompetent and corrupt people appointing each other to positions in the community and resulted in incompetent and corrupt governance and incompetent and corrupt policing. This belief is supported by letters from several lawyers, and an abundance of other information

Like many local people I wondered how on earth Georgina Beyer managed to get elected to the Carterton mayoralty, let alone the Parliament of New Zealand. Who in their right mind would employ a transvestite prostitute beneficiary to teach young people of the town "life skills"? Then I found out how Gary McPhee, a drunken biker and insanely violent bully, got "elected", and how Ewen Hyde, the local librarian, got "elected" Chairman of the "Facility Focus Group", and suddenly it all made sense. All our sites are hosted by third parties, and to my knowledge there has not been a single complaint about the content, let alone any of the legal action threatened by Beyer, McPhee, Jonathon Hooker, etc - apart from the corrupt campaign of harassment resulting from their incessant complaints to the police, of course. I have been threatened with lawsuits for defamation by these three and others, but all the information on the sites is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, which is why the information is still here, and why there have been no complaints. This information is the reason Georgina Beyer had to quit parliament and has been unable to get a job since.

On 2009 I was formally charged with Escaping Custody and Perverting the Course of Justice.

The latest is that I have a Court appointed amicus curiae instead of a proper lawyer, I asked him a simple question "when do I have to be in Court?" He said 23rd February.

At 9am on 22nd the police turned up at a local address, said there was a warrant for my arrest and arrested me, allegedly for not turning up at Court on the 16th.

I was taken to Masterton police station, put in a cell for hours, brought before a - one - JP, and the police prosecutor Gary Wilson and Court Registrar Liz Harpleton, who now live together, after cheating on their respective spouses, and who regularly conspire to pervert the course of justice in the Masterton Court by issuing false warrants, based on deliberately false information. I wassent to prison by this little trio.

After a nightmare experience of being bashed and strip searched etc, at the prison, my wrists, hands, neck, etc, are so sore that it is actually really painful to type this. I hardly have any feeling in my right thumb and forefinger, five days later.

I wasn't given the opportunity to speak with a lawyer for over 24 hours following my arrest.

There was no induction to the prison, which is mandatory, then after waiting all day in a little concrete cell at the Wellington Court I appeared in front of Judge Davidson, who has an irrational dislike of me and is responsible for imprisoning me illegally before.

Judge Davidson heard the Betteridge charges, and took the word of a lying prostitute, and a corrupt, adulterous, police prosecutor and court registrar, blatantly ignoring indisputable evidence. Judge Davidson had no choice but to acquit me of the charges, but the point is this:

I was charged by police with sending offensive messages to one Rachel Betteridge, a local prostitute. I have never sent Betteridge any offensive messages whatsoever - and Police know that perfectly well, just as they know that Betteridge and her husband sent me extremely offensive and threatening messages, but police decided to waste taxpayers money charging me when they knew there was no evidence of me sending her any messages because I didn't send her any, and in spite of the evidence of the messages Betteridge and her husband sent to me.

The police appear to have also committed perjury according to the latest information. The Police prosecutor, Wilson, told the Court that "police had experienced difficulty obtaining information from Vodafone regarding the messages." This was a deliberate lie. Information recently received from the police after complaints to the Ombudsmen, regarding the refusal of the police to provide any evidence showing that they made any attempt whatsoever to investigate Betteridge's lies at any stage of the proceedings, confirms that police never contacted Vodafone AT ALL, but proceeded with a prosecution against me knowing perfectly well that I hadn't sent Betteridge any messages, knowing that she and her husband had sent several extremely offensive and threatening messages to me, and ignoring the blatant perjury by Betteridge and the prosecutor, proved indisputably by the phone with the messages on it and the record of which phone they were received from and when, and a letter from Vodafone confirming that police had refused to request the information or make any inquiries whatsoever.

During the trial before Judge Davidson (15 September 2006) Betteridge committed perjury, claiming repeatedly on oath that she didn't send me any messages.

Judge Davidson was told clearly that I had the phone with me in the Court with the messages from Betteridge on it, saying "You need a bullet. Watch your back" and other extremely threatening and abusive messages. Judge Davidson ignored the blatant perjury, and his written decision regarding that matter will be posted on our sites soon, along with other decisions and evidence.

I was not supposed to be in Court on the 16th February 2010, making it even more of a breach of human rights than treating someone like that and denying them access to a lawyer would be even if they had been supposed to appear.

This action seems to have been taken by the police to satisfy Mayor McGoofy who screamed at me in a local service station recently "I'm going to make sure you go to jail on the 23rd [March 2009]" and "I'm going to run you out of town."

It highlights the corrupt conspiracy practised on a regular basis at the Masterton Court between the Registrar Liz Harpleton (known as The Harpy by many at the Court) and Police prosecutor Gary Wilson (known as Wilson the Wimp), who regularly conspire to pervert the course of justice in the Masterton Court.

McPhee's violent outburst mirrors Georgina Beyers's screaming verbal attack on me at the public meeting to discuss the proposed new 'Community Facility', which is the subject of lawyer Michael Appleby's extensive submission to the Police Complaints Authority, following the decision of Judge Behrens QC, who stopped the trial after it became obvious that the police officer in charge of the case was going to commit perjury in the face of overwhelming evidence. The judgement confirms that I was not arrested, I was violently and illegally seized and assaulted, degraded, humiliated, had my clothing torn off and illegally imprisoned overnight, and it confirms that I had not committed any crime whatsoever, and the attack by the police was completely unwarranted. Police and Court Staff Conspire to Pervert the Course of Justice in the Wairarapa:

This is the decision of Judge Behrens QC, regarding the first of the five charges resulting from my attendance at a public meeting to discuss the proposed "Community Facility", convened to try and get a mandate from the community for the so-called "Carterton Community Facility Focus Group". The 'Group" failed to get a mandate, after I shared information with the community, and informed those present that the affairs of the Centre were not audited, and that Georgina Beyer, and several people associated with the Carterton District Council, deliberately lied in their attempts to conceal the fraud and gross misfeasance at the Carterton Community Centre.
